Ramdisk script

I would like to thank Christiaan Ghijselinck who wrote the ramdrv.sys file.
The file was ripped from BartPE

- Can create a desktop shortcut leading to it

- Added an interface to the script, so user can select drive letter and size

- Made %ramdisksize% be expressed in decimals instead of HEX (beacause that's how OpenBuilder works)
